Team Coaching

Within the field of coaching, the Department’s team is involved in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of what are known as team coaching measures. These can be recommended due to their cost-effective implementation, their easy learnability, and their high levels of efficacy for longer-term and complex Human Resource and Organizational Development measures (e.g. Team Development measures). The target audience for team coaching is employees from profit and non-profit companies. This means that the members of a team-coaching group can be assembled from one or several companies. The Department’s team evaluates the efficacy of team coaching and examines the underlying conditions that can support such coaching’s effectiveness.
