Organizational Health

Increasingly, employees in organizations are not just monitored in terms of their performance, but also with regard to their health. We carry out analyses, consultations, and interventions for organizations through which we collect information about the work-life balance of employees, the pressures and strains they face and their experience of stress. In addition, we analyze the extent to which these parameters have consequences for the performance, happiness and commitment of employees. Measures to improve each situation are then developed, implemented, and evaluated.
